AIA accepts students and opens a new batch every 2nd Monday of the month. Training starts on the 3rd week of every month with a minimum of two students per batch.

AIA does not issue a license. It is the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) that gives the license.It's the role of AIA to prepare its student to pass and qualify for the CAAP license issuance. CAAP is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). More than 90 percent of countries world-wide are member of ICAO. All ICAO members are obliged to accept the license issued by any of its member. Therefore. any license issued by the CAAP is acceptable literally world-wide.
